Complete Music will happily refund or exchange the original purchase price of your goods with apologies in the following cases…………

  1. If the goods have a genuine manufacturers defect that cannot be repaired easily & quickly.
  2. If the goods are significantly different to what was advertised.
  3. Not performing as they’re supposed.
  4. The issue is brought up in the first 10 days of purchase. This time frame depends on the nature of the goods and will be taken on a case-by-case basis.

Complete Music will not refund goods if……..

  1. The customer simply changes their mind.
  2. The customer bought them for someone else who doesn’t want them.
  3. The goods have been damaged after the purchase.
  4. The customer was made aware of a fault before they purchased the goods.
  5. Original packing is not provided.

If you have to send goods back in this process rather than dropped off at your nearest Complete Music store, Complete Music will reimburse freight charges wherever possible.
